Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days of your order being placed. Delivery can take place between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Next Day delivery
Order by 12pm for delivery the next day. Delivery can take place between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and between 8am-midday on Saturday, excluding Sunday and public holidays.
Standard Free Delivery is only available on orders over the value of £50. Please select this option at the checkout.
Variations to the service may apply around Bank holiday periods.
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard payments through SagePay, our preferred secure payment provider .
After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or your order hasn't been delivered within the timescale stated in the email, please contact Customer Service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you've found the items you wish to buy and have added them to your trolley, you can begin the checkout process. You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to register with us so that you can retrieve your details and chosen delivery address(es) when placing future orders. You’ll be asked to set up a password to access your account.
You may return or exchange your order within 28 days of the despatch date. It must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging and we will consider the overall condition when making a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
